A new office, shop, godown or plot of land is an enterprise's most important beginning. Bhoomi Pujan honours the earth before construction; the new-office puja consecrates the workplace — Ganapati, Lakshmi-Kuber, Vastu shanti and a short havan, planned around your team's morning.

Acharya Brajesh has opened offices and sites across Mumbai — from Andheri East's MIDC to Bandra's boardrooms — always on schedule, always complete.

What the ceremony includes

• Early-morning slots before working hours

He asks only for the time you can give. The same ceremony, at Panchopachara, Dashopachara or full Shodashopachara depth — correct at every length.— the TantraKriya principle

Best time: An auspicious morning; plan a week ahead where possible.
